We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your bag order, please contact us at service@higona.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
After 12 hours, your order may have already entered our fulfillment process.
Note: 🚚 For orders that have already shipped, you may need to wait for delivery and initiate a return instead.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time. We're actively working to expand our destinations to bring our sustainable bags to more customers worldwide.
Important: 🚚 Due to logistical challenges, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping to the U.S. usually takes 6–12 business days, while international destinations may take 3–8 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online at higona.com/tracking .
You'll also receive delivery updates as your package moves through our network, so you can follow its journey until it arrives.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused bags and accessories in their original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return, please contact us at service@higona.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions.
To maintain the quality and longevity of your sustainable bag, we recommend:
• Wipe with a damp cloth for regular cleaning.
• Avoid direct sunlight exposure for extended periods.
• Store in a dust bag when not in use.
• Use specialized vegan leather cleaner for tougher stains.
• Avoid contact with harsh chemicals or solvents.
